Job Summary:

The Shaw Festival Theatre is seeking seasonal part-time and full-time Food & Beverage/Bartending staff to provide exceptional customer service to our visitors. As a member of our Audience Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to our guests
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings
  • Adhere to health and safety standards and protocols

Requirements:

  • 18+ years of age
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Well-developed customer service skills and a keen desire to learn and work in a professional environment
