Job Title: Food and Beverage/Bartending

Job Summary:

The Shaw Festival Theatre is seeking seasonal part-time and full-time Food and Beverage/Bartending staff to join our team. As a key member of our Audience Services department, you will provide exceptional customer service to our visitors from all over North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to our visitors
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain high standards
  • Develop and maintain a positive and professional work environment
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols
  • Meet the physical demands of the role

Requirements:

  • 18+ years of age
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and patience
  • Well-developed customer service skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
