Job DescriptionThe CRM Specialist for D365 will report to the VP of Pre-Construction and be responsible for managing, optimizing, and evolving our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform nationwide. This role will work closely with various departments to improve processes and maximize the use of our CRM.
Key Responsibilities:- CRM Platform Management: Ensure the smooth operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, ensuring optimal performance within the teams.
- Data Quality: Implement best practices for data management to ensure the quality, integrity, and compliance of data in the CRM.
- User Support: Provide comprehensive support to users across Canada, offering training, writing clear documentation, and providing personalized technical assistance.
- Training and Skills Development: Develop and deliver training sessions to ensure optimal use of the CRM for all users.
- Accountability: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and tracking tools to evaluate CRM usage and its impact on internal processes.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure business needs are well integrated into the CRM.
- CRM Evolution and Innovation: Actively participate in CRM evolution projects, including updates, adding new features, and continuously optimizing processes.
- Writing Functional Specifications: Analyze business needs and write clear, detailed functional specifications for CRM evolution.
- D365 Module Configuration: Configure the CRM modules and functionalities based on the company's specific needs and user requirements.
- Testing and Documentation: Participate in testing phases to validate new features and write necessary documentation.
- Agile Environment Work: Work in an agile environment to ensure quick deliverables and continuous process improvement.
