Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our SAP S4HANA Functional Lead, Procure to Pay team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing SAP solutions to support our Procure to Pay business function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of functional analysts and architects in designing and implementing SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to develop a deep understanding of business strategy, process, and needs.
  • Develop SAP roadmaps, strategy, and budgets to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Work with 3rd party providers to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements and follow SAP best practices.
  • Architect and design SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements and ensure integrity of design through to implementation.
  • Determine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, and operational perspectives.
  • Ensure integrity of all solutions in the Procure to Pay space through appropriate testing and quality assurance practices.
  • Prioritize demand items in the P2P space.
  • Accountable for optimized SAP solution delivery, both planning and execution.
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor team members.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery.
  • Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role, either directly or indirectly leading a team of SAP professionals.
  • Hands-on functional experience working in SAP applications/modules: S/4HANA, MM, IM.
  • Proven leader with experience building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Lead Solution Architect.
  • History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes.
  • Experience in SAP delivery planning, including milestone planning, resource assignment, and securing budget.
  • Experience in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery.
  • Strategic and flexible thinker with exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of business stakeholders.
  • Outcome-driven with a willingness to learn, teach, and share information.
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent.
