We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, SAP S4HANA Functional Lead, to join our team at Addmore Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of functional analysts and architects in designing and implementing SAP solutions to support the Solution / Schedule to Deliver business function.
Key Responsibilities- Grow and lead a high-performing team of functional analysts and architects to design and implement SAP solutions.
- Work with senior business leaders to facilitate business strategy with technology by developing a deep understanding of strategy, process, and business needs.
- Develop SAP roadmaps, strategy, and budgets to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with 3rd party providers to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements, follow SAP best practices, and enrich the user experience.
- Architect and design SAP solutions to meet specific business requirements and ensure integrity of design through to implementation.
- Determine the optimal approach to develop and deliver required functionality from financial, architectural, operational perspectives.
- Ensure integrity of all solutions in the Schedule to Deliver space through appropriate testing and quality assurance practices.
- Prioritize demand items in the S2D space.
- Accountable for optimized SAP solution delivery, both planning and execution.
- Recruit, develop, and mentor team members.
- Minimum 10 years of practical experience in SAP functional solution design and delivery.
- Minimum 3 years in a senior lead role, either directly or indirectly leading a team of SAP professionals.
- Hands-on functional experience working in SAP applications/modules: S/4HANA, TM, IM, EWM, LE.
- Proven leader with the ability to build and lead a high-performing team.
- Proven track record of successful SAP implementations as a Lead Solution Architect.
- History of designing complex SAP solutions to enable unique business processes.
- Proven ability in SAP delivery planning, including milestone planning, resource assignment, and securing budget.
- Experience in SAP development estimation and best practices in solution delivery.
- Strategic and flexible thinker who can implement timely and workable solutions in a developing and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong presentation skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of business stakeholders, from executive to field staff.
- Willingness to learn, teach, and share information with teammates, peers, management, and users.
- Outcome-driven.
- Undergraduate degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or related equivalent.
