**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Circle K. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Greet and Serve Customers**: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • **Maintain Store Appearance**: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked, adhering to Circle K's high standards for store appearance and customer experience.
  • **Operate Cash Register**: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
  • **Work with Food Program**: Assist with food sales, preparation, and presentation, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and store profitability.
  • **Collaborate with Team Members**: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive store success.

**Requirements:**

  • **Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • **Communication and Teamwork**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • **Adaptability and Flexibility**: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
