**Responsibilities include**:
- Strong leadership skills to join a high performance, cross-functional team environment.
- Assisting in the daily operations with sales and marketing goals. and keeping up to date with product offerings.
- Managing customer acquisition and retention by driving sales with a high level of customer service
- Updating web content development
- Social Media content development
- Monitor social accounts and report to management.
- Marketing Collateral content development
- Connect customer complaints to client services.
- Public relations and Communications
- news releases and outreach
- Brand ambassador and product advocacy
- Conducting market research to identify potential target markets, customers preferences, and emerging trends if often part of the role.
- Expect to report and prepare regular reports, presentations, or dashboards to communicate marketing and sales activities, progress, and results relevant stakeholders.
- Meet with your team weekly to strategize innovations, track goals, and report on sales and marketing results.
- Act as the face of Freedom Cannabis by visiting stores and engaging with customers directly on a daily basis.
- Provide in-person product knowledge, answer questions, and address Budtenders inquiries to drive sales and enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with Budtenders to ensure that marketing collateral is displayed effectively, and promotions are properly communicated to customers.
- Gather on-the-ground insights and feedback from customers, sharing this valuable information with the sales and marketing teams for strategy refinement.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and expand the customer base.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers, focusing on excellent service and personalized interactions.
- Analyze budtenders and/or customers feedback and behavior to identify opportunities for improving customer retention strategies.
These responsibilities underscore your role as a frontline representative, interacting directly with Budtenders to foster relationships and boost sales. Your presence in stores allows for real-time interactions and the opportunity to gather immediate feedback, which can be invaluable in shaping marketing and sales strategies.
