About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on labour relations matters, including collective bargaining agreements, grievance procedures, and employment law. They will work closely with HR Business Partners and managers to ensure effective management of employee/labour relations inquiries and provide coaching and training to leaders on labour relations best practices.

This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of labour laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a unionized manufacturing environment and possess a bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or a related field.
