We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Vice-President to join our team at GG Developmental Therapy Services Inc.
Job Summary:The Finance Vice-President will be responsible for leading our financial operations, developing and implementing financial strategies, and ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Financial Operations: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a financial leadership role.
- Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
The Finance Vice-President will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality financial results. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and will have excellent communication and leadership skills.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Hours:The work hours are 35 to 40 hours per week.
