We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Vice-President to join our team at GG Developmental Therapy Services Inc.
Job SummaryThe Finance Vice-President will be responsible for leading our financial operations, developing and implementing financial strategies, and ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the organization's financial goals are met.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Financial Operations: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Leadership: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a financial leadership role.
- Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
The Finance Vice-President will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work independently with minimal supervision.
Language and Work EnvironmentThe language of work is English, and the work environment is a dynamic and collaborative team.
