Job Title: Finance Vice-President

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Vice-President to join our team at the Children's Institute of Development and Advancement Inc. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in finance and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives and formulate policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Select middle managers and directors, delegate authority, and create working conditions
Supervision:

The Finance Vice-President will supervise a team of 5-10 people.
