Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Tipton's Your Independent Grocer. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with the recruitment, training, and development of sales associates.
- Monitor and control store inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Process transactions, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales goals, manage budgets, and implement store promotions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move around the store as needed.
