Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Alberta LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Manage inventory, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns
- Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner
- Supervise and coordinate activities of cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks
- 1-2 years of experience in retail management
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
