Regulatory Compliance Specialist

beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Officer to ensure the company's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyze changes in applicable laws and regulations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Provide guidance and advice to management on compliance matters
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings
- Monitor and review internal processes to ensure compliance
- Investigate and respond to inquiries from regulatory bodies
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies
- Bachelor's degree in law, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance role
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
