Job Title: Developmental Service Worker

ICSS is seeking a skilled Developmental Service Worker to join our team. As a Developmental Service Worker, you will provide support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate individual to work in a group home setting, providing support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assess client needs and develop individualized plans to meet those needs.
  • Implement behavior management programs and provide crisis intervention as needed.
  • Collaborate with other social services agencies and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and report writing.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
