Zynga is a leading developer of social games and online platforms. We're looking for a talented Senior Product Manager to join our team and help drive the success of our games.

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our game services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning the product function, crafting, developing, and maintaining our platform portfolio, accelerating game development, and streamlining live operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product vision, competitive analysis, requirements gathering, feature prioritization, spec writing, roadmap management, and partner alignment.
  • Drive product strategy, product specifications, and collaborate with game teams to achieve product success.
  • Define how to measure product success and effectiveness, applying qualitative consumer insights and quantitative data to advise product decisions and build business rationale.
  • Build product vision by understanding customer needs, partnering closely with Product and Engineering leaders on game teams to create feedback loops for continued improvements and identify patterns of need across Zynga.
  • Evanlize our offerings by articulating the value of our products and how they help solve the problems faced by our customers, while aligning roadmaps to facilitate go-to-market execution.
  • Identify and deconstruct competitive offerings in the market, formulate insights, and use them to drive future roadmap direction.
  • Responsible for a large Mobile Game Technology product area and/or multiple products.
  • Work closely with other technical leaders in Mobile Game Technology and across fields to promote effective strategies and foster a positive team culture.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3-5 years of product management in digital products, games, or mobile apps.
  • Familiarity with digital user profiles is beneficial but not required.
  • Familiarity with data Privacy / Compliance / Regulatory a plus.
  • Start-up, social networking, or consulting experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong product management expertise and experience building great products that meet customer needs.
  • Sound product judgment, ability to formulate product strategy and present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving our business goals.
  • Ability to build wireframes, product specifications, and white papers.
  • Experience using lean, data-driven principles to improve a product. Some experience with data analytics and SQL is preferred.
  • Ability to balance player, game, and business interests while considering technical costs and tradeoffs.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to present work to executive staff.
  • Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.
  • A driven self-starter and a great teammate.
  • BA/BS degree, MBA, or Computer Science preferred.
