Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a leadership or management role within the financial services industry
    • Proven track record of success in sales and client relationship management
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
    • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
    • Relevant certifications or designations, such as CFP or CIM
