Associate Professor Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified Associate Professor to join our faculty in the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the University of Toronto. The successful candidate will have a strong research background in applied economics and a proven track record of teaching excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach applied economics courses in our professional graduate programs
  • Conduct innovative and independent research at the highest international level
  • Maintain an outstanding, competitive, externally funded research program
  • Engage with policy and contribute to the visibility and prominence of the field
Requirements:
  • Ph.D. degree in Economics
  • Established international reputation in applied economics
  • Strong teaching and research skills
  • Experience in a professional school or interdisciplinary environment
