Surgical Nursing Specialist

The Surgical Nursing Specialist plays a vital role in providing patient-centered care to clients in various clinical settings.
Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating client care, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and prioritize client needs, developing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families, empowering them to manage their health effectively.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity, offering a competitive salary of $ $118,000 - $144,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and rotating shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
