Job Title: Inventory Control Associate

Mariposa Dairy Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Warehouse & Logistics department, you will be responsible for managing the flow of materials and accuracy of supplies to various departments, as well as tracking these materials and supplies in our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inventory levels through routine cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Plan daily and weekly supplies for production and release inventory items accordingly
  • Monitor delivery schedule and customer orders
  • Support production scheduling and ensure all items going into Dry Storage, Cooler 1, Cooler 2, Cooler 3, and Chemical room are 100% verified
  • Coordinate with R&D and QA on request
Requirements:
  • Flexibility of hours when necessary, including shift work, overtime, and weekends as needed
  • Good team player with attention to detail and ability to follow SOP, GMP, and complete forms accurately
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude towards change and other employees
  • Must have good attendance and be able to obtain Lift Truck Certification
