Position Overview

As a Culinary Specialist at Subway, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your expertise in food preparation and kitchen management will contribute to the overall success of our operations.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years
  • Equivalent experience is also acceptable
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes
  • Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas to maintain standards
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety protocols
  • Manage inventory by ordering supplies and equipment as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and work areas
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations
