Job Title: Intermediate Project Manager - Field Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead small and medium-sized projects within our existing product lines, ensuring successful contract execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall technical, cost, and schedule requirements on assigned contracts, ensuring the company's resources are properly directed for satisfactory contract execution.
  • Lead teams comprised of engineering, project engineering, project planners/cost estimators, QA/QC, and field operations at nuclear utilities.
  • Provide effective leadership through communicating expectations and instilling accountability within the project team.
  • Interface with customers to ensure that contract requirements are met, including cost/schedule reporting, multi-phase design reviews, and other engineering deliverables.
  • Develop growth opportunities in Field Service business line and identify areas for improvement.
  • Take corrective action as necessary to ensure compliance with technical specifications and schedule commitments.
  • Develop proposals for Field Service projects and lead technical and commercial negotiations with customers.
  • Coordinate subcontracting efforts to ensure that outsourced work scopes meet all technical requirements.
  • Lead negotiation on routine contract changes and resolve any technical and/or commercial issues with customers and subcontractors.
  • Act as the single point of contact for customer questions, technical issues, and reporting throughout all project phases.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of project management experience, preferably in the nuclear industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively lead teams and communicate expectations clearly.
  • Experience in contract management and negotiation.
  • Willingness to travel and work in the field as required, at remote customer sites, often for continuous durations of up to 3 months.
