Job Summary:
As a key member of the Sioux Lookout Meno Ya WIn Health Centre team, the Patient Care Manager will provide leadership and support to the Extended Care Unit. This role requires a healthcare professional with strong administrative skills to maintain high standards of patient care throughout all areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build sustainable partnerships
Be accountable for the acquisition, management, and evaluation of staff
Maintain and monitor financial and budgetary responsibilities
Promote and sustain best practice concepts and standards within the organization
Commit to continuous Quality Improvement within patient services

Requirements:
Registered Allied Health Care Professional Required
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Field preferred
Must be registered with a professional body
Master's degree preferred
1-2 years related leadership and supervisory experience required
Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and support staff members as required
Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
