Job Title: Patient Service Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Service Attendant to join our team at Sioux Lookout Meno Ya Win Health Centre. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Job Summary:

The Patient Service Attendant will be responsible for providing personal care and comfort to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist with meal preparation and serving, as well as perform other duties related to patient care and comfort. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and comfort to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Perform other duties related to patient care and comfort
  • Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities
  • Work in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Provide personal care and support to patients
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Will train
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
