Job Title: Market Programs Senior Manager

About the Role:

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a highly skilled Market Programs Senior Manager to lead and implement national marketing strategies for our practices and sectors. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing demand generation and field marketing campaigns that drive new market opportunities in support of our office managing partners, national practice chairs, and sector heads' strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute national marketing strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop marketing plans to capitalize on them.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including office managing partners, national practice chairs, and sector heads.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our marketing strategies remain competitive and effective.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business-to-business marketing, communications, and/or business development, preferably in the professional services industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
