About Binx Professional Cleaning:

We are a professional cleaning services company dedicated to providing top-notch cleaning solutions to our clients. As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced Evening Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Evening Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily cleaning operations during evening shifts. This includes supervising a team of cleaning staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:
    • Supervise and train new cleaning staff members
    • Mentor and guide existing staff to improve their performance
    • Ensure all staff members are aware of their duties and responsibilities
  • Cleaning Operations:
    • Oversee the daily cleaning schedule and ensure all tasks are completed on time
    • Monitor the quality of cleaning work and address any issues promptly
    • Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are maintained and in good working order
  • Health and Safety:
    • Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all staff members
    • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols

Requirements:

To be successful as an Evening Supervisor at Binx Professional Cleaning, you will need:

  • Previous Supervisory Experience:
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a cleaning or customer service industry
  • Excellent Communication Skills:
    • Ability to effectively communicate with staff members, clients, and management
  • Attention to Detail:
    • Able to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Flexibility:
    • Available to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays

What We Offer:

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
