Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at KFC/Taco Bell/Pizza Hut. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player.

- Work Terms: Permanent, 30 to 40 hours per week.
