Shift Manager

Join Ontario Inc. as a Shift Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that our inventory is always stocked and that our kitchen is well-equipped.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that our team is adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports, ensuring that our management team is always informed and up-to-date.
- Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our suppliers, ensuring that we receive the best possible service and products.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
