Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at High Liner Foods. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers in Ontario, driving sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in key accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales performance and develop plans to address any issues or challenges
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to management, highlighting key opportunities and challenges

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer packaged goods organizations
  • Excellent negotiating, assessment, and analytical abilities
  • Practical experience with category management
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel as needed within Ontario to drive business results
