Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly creative Learning Experience Designer to join our team in Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning solutions that enhance on-the-job performance and drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities- Create clear, visually compelling learning materials, including ILT, workshops, conferences, e-Learning, videos, podcasts, and job aids.
- Collaborate with business partners to identify learning needs and develop effective solutions.
- Apply your expertise in instructional design to plan and deliver projects that meet timelines and budgets.
- Maintain your external network to stay up-to-date on industry trends and new technologies.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in training and development/instructional design.
- 3+ years of experience in designing and developing learning solutions to support performance improvement.
- Strong knowledge of course development software, such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and client relationship management.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally within Canada as required.
- $65,000 - $90,000 per year (based on location and experience)
