Job Title: Retail Experience Clerk

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Retail Experience Clerk to join our Moncton team at Atlantic Lottery.

Job Summary:

As a Retail Experience Clerk, you will provide day-to-day customer service and sales at our Retail Space. You will adapt to a wide range of issues with ease, interact and provide quality, knowledgeable support to customers, players, winners, and the public. You will maintain corporate image and integrity while ensuring confidentiality of information. You will demonstrate accuracy when balancing cash and managing ticket inventory. You will learn about all lottery products and services to provide the best possible customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales at our Retail Space
  • Adapt to a wide range of issues with ease
  • Interact and provide quality, knowledgeable support to customers, players, winners, and the public
  • Maintain corporate image and integrity while ensuring confidentiality of information
  • Demonstrate accuracy when balancing cash and managing ticket inventory
  • Learn about all lottery products and services to provide the best possible customer experience
Requirements:
  • Post-Secondary School (preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer service roles is highly beneficial
  • Experience in handling cash and balancing transactions
  • Experience in sales or retail environments is advantageous
  • Bilingualism (French & English) is a must
  • Must be 19 years of age or older to apply
  • Must reside in Atlantic Canada
