Solar Engineering Manager, Analytics

Key Contributions:
  • Maximize energy production and revenue from all solar projects under your oversight.
  • Conduct loss calculations due to environmental factors to optimize performance.
  • Monitor data irregularities, identify trends in project performance, and proactively address underlying issues.
  • Promote value engineering for functionality, cost, and schedule benefits by understanding client drivers.
  • Negotiate contracts based on availability guarantees, performance ratios, and capacity test exhibits through data analysis.
  • Prepare, present, and defend performance testing results and monthly or annual reports to clients and independent engineers.

We coordinate with manufacturers and SCADA suppliers while interpreting technical documents. You'll identify and manage risk and opportunities on solar projects, leveraging your knowledge of the solar industry and experience in operating and performing solar projects. Your ability to monitor and forecast project resources and staffing is crucial, as is identifying and managing risk and opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the solar industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI, with an aptitude for adopting new technology.
