Job Description

FIN INFOTECH INC. is seeking a highly skilled General Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our team, ensuring the successful execution of our business objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the organization, ensuring sound financial management practices and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Human Resources: Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth and revenue.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and improvement.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
