Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatch and Operations Support. This role will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, resources, and personnel to ensure the smooth execution of branch operations and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers to provide product information and advice on use and application.
  • Coordinate work schedules, dispatch, and application equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain accurate records, including vehicle logs, sales records, delivery information, and application records.
  • Assist the operations manager in ensuring the utilization and maintenance of application, delivery units, and location equipment.
  • Load and unload containers, pallets, or materials and products safely using hand or forklift trucks.
Requirements
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to work extended hours, particularly during peak seasons.
  • Valid class G or DZ driver's license and clean driving abstract.
  • Working knowledge of crop protection products, plant food, seed, and custom application equipment and practices.
  • Ability to operate application equipment, work at an elevator, in the shop, and/or deliver product with trucks from the elevator and warehouse.
  • Must have or be able to obtain various licenses, permits, and certificates, such as forklift certification and TDG.
