The Dispatch & Operations Support role is a key position that coordinates daily operations, resources, and personnel to ensure the smooth execution of branch operations and services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with customers on product use and application.
  • Arranging work schedules, dispatching, and coordinating application and delivery equipment.
  • Completing record-keeping duties, such as vehicle logs, sales records, and delivery information.
  • Assisting the operations manager in ensuring full utilization and maintenance of application, delivery units, and location equipment.
  • Loading and unloading containers, pallets, or materials and products safely.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of crop protection products, plant food, seed, and custom application equipment.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to work extended hours, particularly during peak seasons.
  • Valid class G or DZ driver's license and clean driving abstract.
  • Ability to operate application equipment, work at an elevator, in the shop, and/or deliver product with trucks.
  • Various licenses, permits, and certificates, such as forklift certification and TDG.
