As a Dispatch & Operations Support, you will coordinate daily operations, resources, and personnel to ensure the smooth execution of branch operations and services. This role is a blend of administrative and hands-on operational duties, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with customers on product use and application.
  • Coordinating work schedules, dispatching, and equipment operations.
  • Completing record-keeping duties, such as vehicle logs and sales records.
  • Assisting the operations manager with equipment maintenance and operator safety.
  • Loading and unloading containers and materials safely.

What We're Looking For

  • Working knowledge of crop protection products, plant food, seed, and custom application equipment.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving abstract.
  • Ability to operate application equipment and work at an elevator, in the shop, or deliver product with trucks.
