As Senior Project Manager – Geology, you will lead multi-drill advanced exploration programs in Whitehorse, Yukon, working closely with subcontractors to achieve a multidisciplinary approach.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organization abilities, and the capacity to work well within a team environment.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct drill programs involving multiple drills
  • Oversee data and QA/QC processing and interpretation
  • Prepare technical reports and coordinate with subcontractors
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting effective communication and mentorship among junior personnel

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Geology or related field
  • Registered P.Geo status in at least one Canadian jurisdiction
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in mineral exploration, including practical experience managing advanced exploration programs
  • Familiarity with Northern Canada's geologic terranes and logistical environments
  • Proven ability to work effectively in remote areas under varying climatic conditions
