  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve exceptional results and provide an outstanding guest experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure consistency and quality in all dishes prepared.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a sushi cook in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Education: Culinary degree or diploma, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, ability to work well under pressure, and results-oriented with impeccable organization.
  • Availability: Full-time flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
