About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team at Sake Sushi. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
