Job Summary

Dr. Ma's Laboratories Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Vice-President to lead our organization's human resources function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's mission and vision
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process for senior staff positions
  • Manage the performance of HR staff and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational change initiatives
  • Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on HR-related matters
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions
  • Full-time position
  • 35 hours per week
  • English language required
