Job Title: Chief Human Resources Vice-President

Dr. Ma's Laboratories Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Human Resources Vice-President to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement human resources strategies that support the company's business objectives.
  • Talent Management: Oversee the recruitment, selection, and development of top talent to drive business success.
  • Organizational Development: Design and implement organizational structures, processes, and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee well-being and job satisfaction.
  • Change Management: Lead and facilitate organizational change initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in human resources leadership roles.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
