Chief Executive Officer - Financial Communications and Business Services

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our Financial Communications and Business Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the team, ensuring the successful implementation of organizational policies and programs.
  2. Financial Management: Establish and manage financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
  3. Departmental Management: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, and delegate necessary authority.
  4. Policy Development: Establish objectives for the organization, formulate or approve policies and programs, and represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 5 years of experience in a senior management position.
  2. Education: Bachelor's degree.
  3. Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, judgement, effective interpersonal skills, and accurate.
