About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our team at Lavoie-Deeprose Housekeeping & Business Corporation. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our office building and industrial plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the work of 3-4 team members, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas for improvement and recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support to cleaners in performing their duties, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless work activities.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and physically demanding tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability.
