Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily on-site operations, including rent collections, leasing applications, and tenant satisfaction
  • Work closely with the leasing team to achieve vacancy goals
  • Coordinate move-in and move-out scheduling, inspections, and repairs
  • Recommend physical repairs and replacements, and create work orders as needed
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to operational improvements

  • Experience in a management role, preferably in property management or a related field

  • Effective computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP experience
