Job Summary:
Pattersons Family Restaurant is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing the culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

About Us:
Pattersons Family Restaurant is a well-established restaurant with a reputation for serving delicious meals in a welcoming atmosphere. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate special events, including catering and private parties
- Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to maintain a smooth operation
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and productivity

Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment contract
- English as the primary language of communication
- Availability to work 30 to 35 hours per week

Salary Information:
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
