Job Summary

Caringpeople healthcare Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest quality of food service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals to patients in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist with food preparation, including cooking, plating, and garnishing
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Interact with patients, families, and staff in a professional and respectful manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service or patient care setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations and cultures
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
