Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Provide direct nursing interventions for management of crisis and life-threatening situations.
  • Document patient information, including assessments, plan of care, and progress.
Requirements
  • Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
  • Certification in Hospice/Palliative Care plus one year's recent, related palliative nursing care experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) procedures.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,300 - $121,800, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as pension and retirement savings plans.
