Parking Lot Supervisor Job Description

BC LTD is seeking a skilled and experienced Parking Lot Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking lots and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work to ensure our parking lots and facilities are in good working condition.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit progress reports and communicate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, co-ordinate, and schedule activities of workers and provide training on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Cross-Cultural Training: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers, refugees, youth, Indigenous people, and visible minorities.
