Parking Lot Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parking Lot Supervisor to join our team at BC LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking lot facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for regular maintenance and repair work to be performed on our parking lot facilities.
  • Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit progress and other reports as required.
  • Procurement: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervision: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers, and possibly review their performance.
  • Training: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Cultural Competency: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees, visible minorities, and Indigenous people.

Working Conditions: Permanent position, 35 to 40 hours per week, English language, and a welcoming work environment.
