Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled CMT Technician to join our team. As a CMT Technician, you will be responsible for conducting inspections and tests to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards, ensuring all repairs and inspections are performed in accordance with relevant regulations and standards, and providing proper training and guidance to junior technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections and tests to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards
  • Ensure all repairs and inspections are performed in accordance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Provide proper training and guidance to junior technicians
  • Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized environment
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent in aerospace technology or a related field
  • 4+ years of proven experience as a CMT Technician in the aerospace or manufacturing industry
  • Certificate in aircraft maintenance engineering (approved by TCCA or other applicable governing body)
  • Valid AME-M license/DND equivalent certification
  • Currently hold or able to obtain controlled goods program clearance
  • In-depth knowledge of composite materials and manufacturing processes
  • Good computer and MS Office skills
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
